Notifications can be received through Email or Slack if integrated.

Agreements

BRM ensures that you never miss a renewal with Agreement notifications acting as renewal reminders. These are set for all agreements by default. Reminders can be customized to be received 30/60/90 days prior to the opt-out date or the end-date. Once a renewal request tied to the agreement has been initiated, the system will stop sending you reminder notifications.

System of Record

Owned Tools and Vendors

System of record notifications in BRM mainly revolve around the tools and vendors that you own. Notifications can be set to alert you about comments and renewal reminders particular to your tools.

New Tools and Vendors

For the ease of vendor management, BRM allows you to set notifications when new tools or vendors are entered into your system. This feature gives you an extra layer of security by informing you whenever new free tools with potential security implications are added to the system.
