How to connect
Connecting GMAIL takes ~30 seconds, and can be done by any user within an organization, it does not require Google Workspace Administrative permissions.

- Is this ingesting and storing all of my emails?
- No, BRM only stores the content of emails that have been confirmed to include a contract.
- Any email or contract that doesn’t meet the criteria is not saved into BRM.
- Does this surface all of my contracts to everyone at my company that has access to BRM?
- No, Contract Collector only has access to the inbox that it is authenticated into.
- No, BRM only surfaces contracts that are vendors of your company.
- Does BRM ingest partially signed contracts, or just fully executed contracts?
- Today, BRM only captures contracts that are fully executed. You do not need to worry about partially signed contracts being ingested.
- Will BRM capture contracts that are forwarded or cced on an email?
- Yes, BRM will capture contracts that have been forwarded to or cced on a contract. You do not need to be the signatory
- Can I delete contracts that have been found by BRM before they end up being shared?
- Yes, after BRM automagically finds contracts, there is a review queue that requires confirmation prior to the rest of the org reviewing it. From here you can confirm the data, and also delete it from your BRM.
